Socialism / Communism Growing In This Country, Part 2:

My posting on 5/10/2026 was an opening and laying the groundwork for follow up posts.

The rise of Socialists/Marxist/Communist influence in all levels of government in America is unprecedented.

The DSA(Democratic Socialists of America), s the largest socialist organization in the United States.  Their believe is that working people should run both the economy and civil society, and we show our commitment to this principle by being an organization of, by, and for the working class, this according to their website.

So, in their vision of the economy, there should be free healthcare.  Free daycare, free food, and free transportation. 

Their society will make it so there is no God defined gender, (male or female), you can define yourself as whatever you want to be.  Their will be no gender specific bathrooms, just one cause males will be allowed in females, and females in males, or if you are non-binary, just pick a door, who cares.    

You will defund the police, as they are brutal and only arrest certain races.  You will have no cash bail, for those poor criminals that can’t afford bail money.

You will make an all-out assault against God and religion like James Talarico is.  According to him God is non-binary, Jesus is non-binary, and he can go on and on with what god is NOT.

This Link will take you to the Progressive House Caucus.  Over 100 members and growing.  Now look at the liberal/socialist Mayors, like Brandon Johnson(Chicago), Zohran Mamdani(New York City), Karen Bass(Los Angeles), and Katie Wilson(Seattle).

You get the point.  From the local level to the federal government, socialism\communism is gaining more of a foothold in this country.

How do we stop this trend?  What needs to happen at a local level all the way to the federal level?

Socialism / Communism Growing In This Country – I used to joke about the East Left Coast, or the West Left Coast, not anymore.  The political landscape is changing, and not for the better.

Seattle, Wa. –

77 Year old beaten, mayor is clueless

Starbucks looking at Nashville, mayor is clueless

Seattle City Council calls for Black Budget, they are clueless

Lynnwood, Wa. –

Remove American Flags and replace them with something relatable – Gay Pride

Chicago, Il. –

Cash Handouts, based on race.

Los Angeles, Ca. –

Karen Bass will not comment on illegals being able to vote

I could list a lot more, but I think you get the point.  These are all major cities, that the left socialists have taken over, and the legacy media are in love with them and really build them up. 

This is where it starts, at the local level.  And then it moves to the state level and then to the federal level.  It happens so easy, as those promises of free money and houses and food win them over.  Then when you get to the state level, the you get laws like the Safety-Act, i.e., no cash bail, that you turn offenders back out on the street with a notice to appear.  Ask a family of a Chicago cop who was killed last week how that is working.  And don’t think I left out New York City, I did not, that communist mayor is going to drive away those people who make large sums of money, as he said, ‘there should be no millionaires or billionaires.  Mind you they are the ones that bring large investment into your city.

Everyone needs to really watch your elections, local, and state.  Vote, vote, vote, vote.  Make your voice heard, either way, but vote.

I am praying that this upraising of socialism/communism is only a blip on the radar, which by the way, started while Joe Biden was in office, and is not a taste of the future.

Sunday Night Shorts –

Mid-Terms – Mid-terms scare me to death.  With the cost of fuel as high as it is, along with what seems to be a stalemate in getting Iran to agree to the terms the President has set forth, it could be a bit of a blue wave.  That scares the crap out of me.  If the democrats were to take control of either house, wow, things will get bad real fast.  I don’t even know where to begin, but policies that have been set forth will be reversed.  The best way I can describe it, it will be Biden 2.0 x10.

I look at what is going on in Seattle taxes going through the roof.  Crime is out of control.  Leftist controlled city and state government.  Then look at Minnesota, fraud, fraud, fraud, and Tim Walz, he is a great Elmer Fudd.  New York city with Zoran Mandani, throwing taxes at everything for the free stuff.  People with money are leaving as fast as they can, heck he still wants to tax them after they leave.  Remember one of his slogans is ‘No Billionaires’, if that tells you anything.

These are just ‘local’ examples of what things will be like if democrats take control of anything in the mid-terms.  Only now it will be on a national level, and it will not be pretty.

Spirit Airlines – Elizabeth Warren Cheers the blocking of the merger that might have saved Spirit Airlines.  She celebrates the shutting down of a 34 year old company and all of the people both employee and passengers that are affected.  She is such a class act.  But I am sure she will be standing there with big checks from the government to help everyone out, NOT.

Iran War – I do hope that over this next week that the administration makes some progress on opening the strait, and can maybe get some kind of shaky peace deal signed, we shall see.

Sunday Night Shorts – Thought I would try something a little different for this Sunday night.  If you guys like it, maybe I can do Sunday Night Shorts moving forward.  This will just be a montage of articles that caught my attention.  I will also include the link.

Chicago Alderman Comments:  Chicago Alderman, oops sorry, Alderwoman, Maria Hadden, has made some rather insensitive comments about the murder of Sheridan Gorman, who was only 18, by alleged illegal immigrant.  This once again follows both Brandon Johnson and JB Pritzker’s stand on crime and no-cash bail, and their stand on illegal immigrants.  Stop I.C.E., protect the criminals.  Forget the law, unless it works for you, forget common sense.

Transgender illegal alien who pleaded guilty to molesting a teenage boy:  This will make you throw up as well.  Trans Illegal, molested a teenage boy in a bodega.  This happened in New York City.  Long story short on this one, Manhattan Supreme Court judge gave him 6 months, and with credit for time served, could be out on 4/20.  Once again the a liberal court in a far left liberal/communist city has let the criminal walk, and the victim sees no justice.

Our favorite Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn, What Can I Say:  Omar is pushing back against VP Vance, after fraud allegations.  This one is not for truck loads of cash that have gone off-shore, from Day-Care fraud.  This one is where she is supposed to have married her brother to get into the country.  If you read the article, Vance would like to look into deporting her, and even her country said this,’ “Deportation? Please you’re just sending the princess back to her kingdom. Extradition? Say the word …”.  What a deal, send her back, and have that fool Tim Walz go with her, and then deport all associated with the massive fraud scheme up there.

These are just a few examples of how liberal democrat/socialist/communist run cities and states look like.  Scare me to death to think about someone like JB Pritzker, Gavin Newsom were to become President, enough said for today.

Mid-Terms What Will It Be – Primarys are done.  For Illinois we have Darin Bailey running against JB Pritzker.  This is actually a rematch of the last governors race, of course with Pritzker winning.  Pritzker is already on the champaign trail, and he is doing a two for one champaign.  He is running for governor and President at the same time.  His first speech sure sounded like a presidential speech.  How Trump and is followers, Darin Bailey, are bad for Illinois and the rest of the country.  MAGA is going to lower the minimum wage in Illinois and take food out of your mouth.  Going to take women’s rights away and harass non-citizens.  And he is going to provide Medicare for ALL people, no matter what your citizen status.  On and on he went with his speech, and if you want, go out to WMBD TV, it was on their news broadcast.

I am concerned with the mid-terms big time.  The legacy media is going to do nothing but paint the worst picture of ANYTHING that happens in the world.  The Iran operations, the cost of fuel and food.  They are trying to make heroes out of those democrats blocking the bill to fund DHS/TSA, and to require ID to vote.  And of course the longer the lines get at the airport security, the more flights that are cancelled, the more Tom Llamas will put his dramatic spin on it and make sure he mentions Trump 15 times.

The mid-terms will be a wallet mid-term.  How bad your wallet is hurting will determine who you vote for.  Be careful, those who promise to fix everything, higher minimum wage, and Medicare for everyone, are pure liars.

Communist mayor Zohran Mamdani wants to make the minimum wage of 35.00 per hour, business is already saying the cutbacks will be huge.  Some will either move, or just close all together.

My prediction will be ALL of the mid-term champaign speeches and platforms from the democrats will be loaded with TDS\MAGA hate, and nothing more.

I pray that 1), that does not happen as that only runs the temperature up, and 2), that republicans can keep control of the house at the very least.

Iran – The Change that was Needed – President Trump accomplished so many things with his joint strike with Iseral on Iran.  The biggest is the removal of the Iran’s nuclear program.  It was only a matter of time till Iran was able to deploy a nuclear weapon, first on Iseral, then the rest of the Middle East would have been up for grabs.  And yes, even Europe and beyond.  The regime that was in control was so radical all they could see is the rest of the world had to be the same as them.

And the regime was so brutal and barbaric to it’s own people, killing them on the streets, for protesting the way the leaders were running the country.  Thousands of citizens massacred in the streets.  The whiny, protestors in the USA have no idea how lucky they really have it.

I had a very small dealing with the Shah of Iran (Mohammad Reza Pahlavi) in the early 70’s.  He was very pro-America, pro-western.  Not saying he was perfect by any means, but his people were pretty much free to do as they wish.  The women could wear normal clothes, go to school, and were treated like humans.  However, he was overthrown in the Islamic Revolution led by Ruhollah Khomeini.  The way of life changed for the Iranian people for the worse.

This is more than a operation to remove barbaric, ruthless leader, who WOULD have used a nuclear weapon on anyone.  It is a chance for the Iranian people to take back their country, change their society, change their status in the world, and govern themselves in the way they want.  I pray for those people and for the change that can come to their country, it will be a long hard road.  I am hoping that with the help of the US, Isreal, and their mid-east neighbors, they can become a vital, stabilizing member of the middle east.

I support this operation, and pray for all those countries involved in it.

SOTU The Fallout – His SOTU speech will go down in history for the longest.  The legacy media is really focusing on that.  Me, I think his speech will go down in history as he called out the far-left Democrats for who they really are, and what they really stand for.  The Dems that did attend did not know if they were on foot or horseback, and all they could do is sit there with a possum in the headlight look, and then try and cat-calling the President.  Stephen A. Smith, to the dems exactly what happened, and it was not good.  If you have the time, click on the link and read it, he tells it like it is.

What concerns me is everything is NOT roses.  Yes, the President has done so much.  Closed the border, puts America first.  Knocked down inflation, puts Americans first.  Now, yes, inflation is lower than it was but still needs to come down.  Fuel prices aren’t too bad but could still go lower.  Especially diesel as that is what heavy trucks and trains run on, which moves everything we need and/or use every day.  Utilities, that is a hard one, like in Illinois in 2020, there were 14 coal-fired power stations, in 2026 there are 4.  The others are either rotting away, or turned into solar power stations.  I doing think there is much the President can do to change or help us.  So to the cost of home energy, I am not sure the President can help with that.  On the cost of goods sold, I would hope the president would have someone watching to make sure if the cost of transportation drops, that it is passed onto the consumer, i.e., make sure the lower cost is passed onto us.

His success in the world arena, are for me mixed.  Gaza, that I think is a win.  Ukraine, well he is trying, but I am not sure the either Ukraine or Russia wants peace.  Iran, well, I believe they need to strike anything that could be used to make nuclear weapons, and then put economic pressures on them, until change comes from the inside, which I think would happen.  Needless to say, there is work to do on the world front.

I want the President to keep focused on AMERICA the economy, and the most important, the up coming mid-terms.  It is paramount that the Progressive\Socialist \Democrats get no more seats, and prefer they lose some.

Center Stage and Why? – The Nancy Guthrie kidnapping\abduction has taken center stage on just about all the news media, including Fox.  Please, don’t get me wrong, this is horrible, what the family is going through, no one has a clue, no clue.  Only a personal opinion, it seems like we are watching a bad episode of ‘Keystone Cops’.  Every time you hear a report, it seems to contradict the report\update they put out in the last hour.  I pray this will finally come to a conclusion for the family.

That said, I am sure there will be a lot of readers call me crass and unfeeling, but is all of this press coverage being used to distract from other news that is more important.  Right now we have a move to have voter ID for all elections, and of course the democrat\socialists do NOT want that.  They will lose a large voter base.  Then we have the partial government shut-down looming.  Democrats\socialists want to defund I.C.E., so they will not vote for funding of DHS, which is more than I.C.E.  If they defund I.C.E., and defeat the Voter ID, then they have their voting base back.

Then we have massive fraud in Minnesota , and to top if off, Walz is asking for reimbursement for I.C.E. operations.  More money for his fraud plagued state.

Then you have AOC, NEWSOM, GRETCHEN WIDMAR, and  CLINTON IN GERMANY AT WORLD CONFERENCE trying to show how presidential they are.  Really, Newsom needs to back to California and get his state in order.  AOC, she needs to go back to pushing drinks, but I will say, her word salad is just as good if not better than Kamala Harris.  Clinton, well she needs to get ready to talk to congress, and Gretch needs to go back to her state and look at the fraud being discovered there.

I realize that the democratic\socialists propaganda machine, CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC, NPR, and other, will never cover these headlines, as it goes against what their objective is.  I do hope that Fox will have less time on the Guthrie abduction, and more time keeping the stunts that the socialists party is trying to pull off.

Derail Trump Presidency and Administration 2.0 – Continues –

Well, this effort continues full force.  Unfortunately, President Trump is helping it.

This post of the Obamas is NOT doing him or his efforts any good.  This is just the piece of trash that the democrat propaganda machine loves.  They WILL make sure that this is blown way out of proportion and is in front of everyone for the next week or so.  Then the President coming out saying he is not going to apologize, did not help the case.  Yes, it will go away, but damage is being done.  I really wish they had offered a White House staffer, in a back-room meeting, a really sweet deal, and had that person take the hit for the post, and then they can say this staffer is no longer employed.  I believe that would have stopped the media blitz.  As it stands now, it continues.

Has been Chris Christie tells Bill Maher that a lot of republicans talk differently about Trump behind closed doors than they do out in front of the cameras.  Well Chris, first of all, I am sure there were a lot of Democrats that talked differently about Biden behind closed door than what they did in front of the cameras, that is really nothing new.  But for you to go to Bill Mahr, and make that statement, well it just shows how much of a has been you are, and you are all pissed off because you didn’t get a good job with the administration.  But you did damage, and proved what I have always said, the republican party’s biggest problem is they all can’t pull in the same direction.

Even the Olympics are immune from political statements.  American free style skier Hunter Hess said ‘Just because I’m wearing the flag doesn’t mean I represent everything that’s going on in the US’.  Well, as far as I am concerned, he can take a long walk off a short cliff.  Keep your two cent comments out of the Olympics, this is NOT the forum for this.  Like it or not you represent the United States.  So suck it up and put on your big boy pants, and win GOLD, or get on a airplane and go anywhere but the US.

This is Humorous – Organizations from Seattle to Maryland tell predominantly White activists to quit ‘White Savior’ behavior during ICE operations.  If you read the article, it is where the activists blow whistles when they find and I.C.E. operation.  I am not sure what to say about this.  I think it is funny as heck, that the activists can’t even agree on how they will protest and\or respond.

I am worried that the democratic\socialists propaganda machine is getting some footing and causing some independent and independent leaning republicans to move away from the support of the republicans.  Stay supportive, keep taking the high road.

Derail Trump Presidency and Administration 2.0 – Well the derail Trump and his Administration is in high gear.  The first time around Chinees and COVID were used to stop him and his administration.  Then it was tried to impeach Trump on anything and everything.  Of course, we know what the years were like from 2020 to 2024, right.

We had open borders, DEI, green energy, and did I say open borders?  We watched as this all unfolded before us on the NBC/CBS/ABI/MSNBC/CNN daily, nightly news.  How all these poor people, just looking for a better life were crossing our borders by the millions.  And of course, when anyone said, what about all the criminals, and terrorists in these people, well you were labeled a racist.  We won’t even mention the drugs that killed people.  Or the human trafficking, if you did, you were racist again.

So, to the 2024 election year.  Trump runs again.  One of the biggest parts of his platform was deportation of those people who are here illegally.  His main target will be the gang members, and other KNOW criminals.

So, the democratic\socialists party comes up with a game plan.  We can destroy Trump and his Administration, along with will MAGA and anyone republican or democratic who support deportation.  We will make our protests as violent as possible and make sure that cameras are on everything we do.  I truly believe that the deaths of those 2 people in Minneapolis were welcomed by those who organized the protest, because it got them front page every day since.

And of course, China has a huge hand in the protest in the form of Neville Roy Singham.  Singham is a CCP connected millionaire who supports this.

Now as a result of the democratic/socialist propaganda machine and their ability to paint the policies and actions of the Trump Administration in such a horrible perspective, I feel the upcoming mid-term will not be good for the republicans at all.  If we loose the house and\or senate all that Trump has worked for will come to a stop or be reversed at the very least, and that will only be the beginning.
