Speaker Of The House Circus – I am not really sure where I want to begin on this one. It is correct in saying the Democrats have their popcorn and beer and are watching this shit show. I was really hoping that the Republican party would pull together and ALL be on the same page and pulling in the same direction, as Lord knows there is so much crap that the Democrats have done that needs to be addressed, and Republicans can’t even elect a speaker. This is a total slap in the face to ALL those waiting to be sworn in. The rest of the world is watching this circus as well, and it is a total embarrassment as far as I am concerned.

I was under the impression, I could be wrong, but I thought that if Kevin did not do the job the way the Republican party or the house thought it should be done, then he could be removed.

I am to the point I would like to tell the 20 or so hold out, to put on your big boy pants, and suck it up and show some party unity. Instead they seem to be either trying to make a name for themselves or figure this is the time to grind an axe they might have with Kevin, and if that is the case, now is not the time to do that.

I will say that the Democratic party shows unity and solidarity. It is like they have a conference call every morning at like 3:00am, and go over the talking points for today, and they are all in lockstep for the rest of the day. Right now the Republican party looks like the old Laurel and Hardy ‘who’s on first and what’s on second’ routine.

If this is any example of what the House is going to do, after a speaker is decided on, then we will be screwed, as they will not be able to get anything done as they will be bickering too much.

Let us pray that this is only a one time issue, and that once this is compete, the House can move forward and actually get something done, and begin the repair work that is needed on so many levels.

IRS and 1099K: The IRS and the Democratic Administration is now going to start to reach into every form of monetary transaction, see below:

“From all payment card transactions (e.g., debit, credit, or stored-value cards), and In settlement of third-party payment network transactions above the minimum reporting thresholds as follows:

For returns for calendar years prior to 2022:

Gross payments that exceed $20,000, AND More than 200 such transactionsFor returns for calendar years after 2021: Gross payments for goods or services that exceed $600, AND Any number of transactionsThe American Rescue Plan of 2021 changed the reporting threshold for third-party settlement organizations, including payment apps and online third-party settlement organizations. The new threshold requires reporting of transactions in excess of $600 per year; changed from the previous threshold of an excess of 200 transactions per year and an excess of $20,000. TPSOs are required to report payments for goods and services. The law is not intended to track personal transactions such as sharing the cost of a car ride or meal, birthday or holiday gifts, or paying a family member for a household bill.NOTE: On Dec. 23, 2022, the IRS announced that calendar year 2022 will be treated as a transition year for the reduced reporting threshold of $600. For calendar year 2022, third-party settlement organizations who issue Forms 1099-K are only required to report transactions where gross payments exceed $20,000 and there are more than 200 transactions.”

As you see it went from $20,000.00 to $600.00, and ANY number of transactions. So for those of you who sell all your old garage treasures on eBay, watch out, you will get reported on a 1099K, and you will have to account for those incomes. To be honest, I am surprised they haven’t done this before now. I guess this is why they needed another 87,000 IRS agents, the next thing will be garage sales, the IRS will want you to report any transactions over $600.00.

Doing this overreach of government and hiding it under the ‘American Rescue Plan’ is a total lie and insult to the American people. What out to all, the people in power in Washington now want to get into every aspect of your life. We see this from telling you what is best for your kids education, to telling you what gender you are or are not, to seeing where you are getting money from and how you are spending it. This Administration and all of is nasty tentacles needs to go, quickly.

Fentanyl and Guns: This Administration is bound and determined to get ALL guns out of the hands of EVERYONE, or at least try. They talk about all of the deaths from gun violence, and yes there is a lot just ask the people in Chicago, or Portland, oh but wait, can’t count them just because they have crappy worthless mayors.

Then I hear about the amount of fentanyl coming in across our southern boarder and how every state no matter how rural or metro are seeing deaths. And that a pin head amount can kill a person, wow. I am sure if the statics are kept, accurately, that there are many, many times the number of deaths caused by this drug, than there are deaths cause by guns. That said we will never know for two reasons, First, I a sure the reporting avenues have been told, do not report the death as fentanyl, look for another cause of death, you know like wwe did in the first year of COVID, person was killed in a traffic accident, but had COVID, well then it was COVID, not the car accident, or the heart attack, or even the gun shot wound. Second, and most important, this Administration would have to deal with the boarder issue, which we know they are not going to, nor will they ever. The crisis at the southern boarder is going just they way this worthless Administration wants it to go. This Administration and all of is nasty tentacles needs to go, quickly.

I am going to continue to pound this Administration, and all who support it, until we see a change. Look at your life now, vs two years ago. Look at the impact this worthless Administration has had on your wallet, your quality of life, and now starting to reach it’s tentacles into your financials. This is changed at the ballot box, remember this.

Final Post for 2022.

Well here we are at the end of 2022, and what a ride it was.

Local / State:

Pritzker got re-elected, not sure why, other than he got the votes, but why? I guess not enough people from I-80 south got out and voted, or, the Republican candidate didn’t get the message out, or at least the one that would count, on a side note, that seems to be a real problem with Republicans, not getting the message out. That said, Pritzker has manage to make Illinois the first state with the no-cash-bail, or as he calls it the Safe-T Act. Now mind you, just about all law enforcement, and states attorneys have opposed it and have tons of questions, but hey as Pritzker puts it, this is fair to those it effects. BS.

Pritzkers gas tas will kick in Jan 1, 2023, and of course another one on July 1, 2023. Not going to say anything more about this, it is pretty self explanatory on how he is screwing us, and lining pockets, and of course balance his fracking budget on our back, but typical.

And of course the mayor of the biggest city in Illinois, Chicago, is going to run for reelection, well hell why not, she has done such a bang up job so far, why not, give her more time to really screw it up and blame all the problems on something or someone else she is such a looser.

Is there any wonder why Illinois has lost more than 269,000 people in the last 2 years. It is just my thought that as long as we have Pritzker and Lightfoot, we are going to be in bad shape.

Biden and his Second year in Office:

What a cluster Frack it has been. Just a quick review, High Inflation, Open Boarders, High Energy Prices, Cabinet members who in in charge of the money, and she couldn’t manage a food truck, a transportation secretary that is going to beat up the airlines cause it gives him camera time and it something easy, but never got involved with the railroads cause he would have to do his job. And lets not forget the IT that is the head of DHHS, and is pushing transgender and gender affirming is great and he supports it, now that is a fracking nut job. Actually the whole administration is a fracking circus and a laughing stock.

What does 2023 Bring:

Well I am sure it will bring more of the same BS that we have now. But we should know if Biden will run again, and who the Republican Party will have as their candidate.

For me, well I have updated my web iste a little, and I am going to try and post at least twice a week. I thank you for your comments, and look forward to hearing from you all.

I hope that all who read this had a wonderful and blessed holiday. We really do have so much to be thankful for and our blessings are more than we can count, sometimes, we just don’t see them, even when they are right in front of us. Remember to look around and truly realize how blessed we are.

Well the dems and far left are just off the rails with Elon Musk and Twitter. They are so afraid of what is going to come out about the level of censorship and other types of media crap that Twitter and others have pulled to influence elections and public thought. I say thought, because it seems like so many people take what they read on Twitter, or snapchat, or Facebook, as gospel, they can’t THINK for themselves, and rely on being told what to think or what is important. The far left, progressive socialists have learned how to use this to their advantage to direct the outcomes they want. I am hoping that Elon will be one of the first to out this whole bunch of crap.

The administration this week is batting 500 with all of the gaffs that Biden has done, OMG way to many to list. The Janet Yelen comes out and says the reason for inflation and high prices is people are spending too much money on ‘stuff’. This has to be the best statement to define the entire administration, and just how incapable this group is to lead their way out of a one door hall. This type of remark only goes to magnify the need to replace the entire administration, sooner rather than later. Hopefully beginning next month, we will see efforts begin that will start the process of returning America to the country it was prior to the Biden administration.

We will need to take note and STUDY, and THINK with our own minds as things begin to unfold.

You might get tired of hearing my thoughts, as I am going to have a lot, but it is what it is, hang in there with me.

Attorney General Garland names special counsel to lead Trump-related probes. Ok this is the first of many to come distractions set to derail ANY Trump effort to gain the Republican nomination for President in 2024. Garland is nothing more than a meek little worm that is doing what he has been told to do mt the string pullers in the Democratic party. I only hope that down the road, this little slimp ball gets his. I know that President Trump will be able to remain focused during this shit show, I just hope that the rest of us will follow in his steps.

I am truly concerned about the leadership in the Republican Party, and if they will support Trump if he is the choice, or will they leave him out there by himself, like they did last time. Mitch needs to be replaced. He has been in that position as long as Pelosi has, and I believe that he has lost his effectiveness, and I don’t believe he has the Republican party best interests at hand.

One other thing that kinda concerns me, is I hope that the house, does not go off the rails going on head hunting missions. I hope that they stay focused on the issues that we as a country are experiencing, and work on ways to help relieve the pressures. Good place to start is the price of diesel. That is the main factor in consumables prices going through the roof.

It is going to be a long two years before we have the next administration, so we are going to see and hear things we would have never thought possible.

Former President makes it official, he will run for President in 2024. He still has to get through the convention, but he is the first to throw his hat in the ring. I am excited, be it tempered, as I am worried about the shit storm that the legacy media machine will be throwing at him as well as any supporters. I was very impressed with his speech, and he did seem a little bit more tempered and talked topics, which I thought really kinda showed a different side of him. In fact listening to some of the political talking heads, they said the same thing and they were impressed as well, and they hope he sticks with this approach moving forward. And of course, we know that Jan. 6th will be brought up many, many times, along with whatever else they can throw at him. I hope that he will be able to keep the decorium he showed in tact, and not give them what they want, by getting right in their face.

I loved my 401K, the price of fuel, the economy, and the respect this country had while he was in office, so hopefully it will even be better.

Pelosi is out. Republicans just got the 218th seat in the house, so now they control that. This is the Republican party’s chance to at least move towards changing things for the better in the next 2 years. Things will really be changing to say the least.

Biden and his administration are weak, and it shows. The policies this administration has enacted has done more damage, and created a bigger division in this country, than any other administration. Now it kinda looks like the Democrats will have to figure out, who they will put forward for 2024. Biden I don’t think will be it, in fact I would be surprised if he goes his full tern, but we shall see.

Now we move forward, and begin to prepare for 2024.

Well this past week was a bust one for me. I drove my daughter back to Denver, and of course watched the election results, with very little joy. One of the folks that read my blog, really hit the nail on the head, and I am going to just cut and paste his comments cause they are so well written, and I feel really hit the nail on the head, Bill, thank you so much for allowing me to share. Bill writes, ‘Sadly, after absorbing the results of this latest 2022 midterm election I have ask myself, why? Was it a lack of enthusiasm, or was it that the current condition of our economy, and state of affairs, is not yet bad enough to convince people to vote the current policy makers out of office. If the election results are true, is Trump no longer a force for people to get behind? If that is true, is it time for us to look to someone else in the future. I love the guy for what he has done in the past, what he stands for, and his business foresight, however, it seems his personality is too much to overcome for a-lot of voters, which means, if we are going to save this republic, maybe it’s time for us to make a change? A majority of the vote, I believe, was a vote against Trump more so than a vote for the Democrat candidate. As much as I love President Trump, I would rather loose the battle but win the war.‘.

I really believe that Bill is correct. I agree with him, I love President Trump for what he has done, the economy was never better. His love for his country, and putting it first on the world stage. He would stand toe to toe with any of the world leaders and AMERICA did not take a back seat in anything thing, as well he told the world what we will or will not put up with. And I believe this along with the Democrats knowing that if something did not change his popularity and the way the country was going along, really great, they would stand no chance of regaining the White House in 2020. Hence, I truly believe that there was backroom planning between the leaders of the Democratic party, and the Chinese government to release COVID on the world, to stop it in it tracks. Mind you China does not give a crap about how many of it’s people, nor the world’s population are killed or hurt by this action, they only want the end result. Once again, I want everyone to understand, this is just MY opinion.

Trump support and stumped for high-profile candidates saw losses in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Ohio. his to me tells me that Trump does not carry the influence that he might once have, and as in the case of Pennsylvania with Fedderman, just might have cost Dr. Oz the race. I mean after all, Fedderman only wanted to legalize fentanyl, and reduce prison population by letting them go.

I agree with Bill, much as I love Trump, I believe he comes with way to much ‘drama’ and will do more damage to the Republican party by saying he is going to run for President, then he will do good, I feel it will fracture the party, and we will not be able to get the Republican candidate elected.

IF we do gain control of the House, I also feel the Republican party needs new leadership, from speaker all the way to Mitch. Now will this happen, I have no idea, but this party really did a crappy job of getting the message out this time.

Ok now for my trip back to Denver. We drove her Tahoe back, and after leaving the wonderful state of Illinois, the most I paid for fuel was $3.39, in two cases, I paid $3.09. Ok what is wrong with this crap. And this is even after JB said he was going to suspend the .19 per gallon fuel tax he was going to implement. Ok, this is just wrong on so many levels. Is taxes, or the lack of, that made the fuel prices less, now mind you, my niece is in Florida right now is saying the same thing, fuel down there $3.39. I am going to have to look into this, you know inquiring minds want to know.

To the fact that JB won the race again, just really blows my old mind. He campaigned on his no cash bail, reduce prescription meds cost, and how many jobs he has brought to the state, and of course his biggest campaign slogan was Darren Bailey was to radical for Illinois.

And of course the last one that Biden coined, MEGA MAGA Republicans, and tied ALL Republicans to this as if we are evil and are all in lockstep with Trump. I will say that the ‘marketing’ of this, through all of the legacy media, was very well done, and I believe it did have an adverse impact on the midterms.

This next week will be a very defining week for the Republicans, so we shall see in which direction we are headed. The most important thing we do now is keep the Republican party together and cohesive.

Well election night is here, and now we all wait for the results. I was just watching Chuck Todd doing his little summation of the results and was saying he didn’t believe that it was going to be a red tsunami. And of course you would expect anything any different for the legacy media. And of course, MSNBC analyst ‘can’t say’ Georgia election is ‘fair and equitable’, wow, and Republican candidates in Arizona, RNC sue after problems at voting locations and Michigan officials say everyone was able to vote in Detroit after ‘harmless data error’. These headlines sure are telling us the crap has yet to hit the fan.

Of course we can expect to see challenges from both sides before it is all said and done, and to me that is a true shame. You know it seems funny and in the 60’s and 70’s we could vote and have them counted, and results known by midnight. I can remember sitting up late into the night watching one of the 3 channels we got. Now in the age of high tech crap, the White House mouth piece, the queen of word salad is already are saying it might be days, or even weeks before we know the outcome. So I say to myself, ‘Self, what does that mean? Does it mean if the Blue canidate is behind that it is time to back the truck up with another load of “early votes”?, to make sure the blue wins?’. I hope that is not the case. what does scare me is if election results are challenged by EITHER side, it will place a cloud over the voting and counting process, which will be bad for both sides of the aisle.

Well only time will tell now, if you voted, you can be proud.

The eve before the mid-term elections – This will be a short post as it is up to the voters now. As we all thought, The Dems went, and continue to go off the rails trying to gather their support base and of course tell the biggest lies they can come up with, and of course continue to think that the real issue is abortion and the cost of meds.

I am not going to retell all the blunders that Biden has done, or for even that matter the truths he has told, i.e., no more drilling, and shut down all coal production and usage, those I am sure he will try to make happen, he is truly a pathetic person. And of course the legacy media is caring the democratic water bucket, and helping to keep the lies going, and keep putting out there that democracy is on that ballot.

Well everything now is in our hands, the voters. We will either change the landscape / makeup of Washington, or we will continue down the path that the current Administration is taking us down, and continue to be hammered, and our wallets, 401K’s, and way of life will go down the tubes.

Well it has begun. The total assaults’ on the Republicans as the mid-terms approach. Biden out saying that Big Oil is the reason that fuel prices are so high, even though he is bringing them down. That Paul Pelosi was attacked because of Trump and the MAGA people, and then Obama out there saying more people will be hurt because of MAGA and the Republicans. And tonight Biden will go on prime time TV to, I am sure, blast and defile everything that the Republicans and Trump have done, and will do, and of course they are the biggest threat to democracy there is. This will be the biggest scare tactic there is. And of course he will be taking victory laps over his administration policies and how much better you are off today then you were when he took office.

The only threat to democracy is the Democrat’s at this point, they will do whatever is needed to stay in power. I was slow in taking who I feel is really behind Biden’s administration, but it is Obama. It is his third time to run the country.

The Feds just raised the interest rate by 75 basis points, to try and cool inflation, which is totally Biden’s fault, and that should just about do the housing market in.

You know, I think the democrat’s are wanting things to get really bad, if they are not already, and I think they are hoping for that red wave, so that they and their media can hang everything wrong on the republicans, and do the ‘see I told you they would tank the economy’.

We must get out and vote at all levels, local, state and national. This is truly one of the most important elections of my life. It will either be the beginning of the road back to common sense and making America Great Again, and non reliant on other countries, and taking care of America first. Or, it will be a continued stay the course and fall even further into the abyss of government control and support by them. We need to get government out of the day to day life of the America, and back to what it was originally meant to be.

As a side note, does anyone else think that the whole thing with Paul Pelosi sink like shrimp left out in the Florida sun. Nothing with that whole thing makes any sense.
